Availability varies based on demand. Applications are reviewed quickly. If a vehicle is not immediately available, qualified applicants are contacted when a suitable vehicle becomes available. Applications are typically reviewed during normal business hours, and response times may vary depending on application volume and document verification.

Flex Rentals coordinates scheduled maintenance so renters can stay focused on driving. Service is required approximately every 3,000 miles or every 28 days, whichever comes first.

To help keep vehicles reliable and available, Flex Rentals vehicles must remain within Georgia. This supports insurance compliance, routine maintenance scheduling, and prompt roadside assistance and support. Special travel requests must be discussed with the team before the rental.
