Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of joinflexrentals.com (the "Site") operated by Flex Rentals LLC ("Flex Rentals," "we," "us"), and your submission of a rental application through the Site. By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

Website usage

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any accounts.

Rental application disclaimer

Submitting an application through the Site is a request to be considered for a weekly vehicle rental — it is not a reservation, offer, or guarantee of any kind. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to Flex Rentals' review of your information, documents, and eligibility, in our sole discretion.

Vehicle availability and pricing

Vehicle availability changes regularly and is not guaranteed at the time of application, approval, or any point prior to pickup. Pricing is subject to change without notice and may vary by vehicle type, rental option, and availability. The rate you are ultimately offered will be confirmed before you sign a rental agreement.

Weekly rental terms

Vehicles are rented on a recurring weekly basis. Specific terms — including the rental rate, deposit (if any), insurance, mileage, and maintenance provisions — are set out in the rental agreement signed at vehicle pickup, which governs your actual rental. Nothing on the Site constitutes that agreement.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information in your application and any documents you upload, and for promptly updating us if that information changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of your application or rental.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Flex Rentals LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Rentals LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your application, including but not limited to reliance on vehicle availability or pricing shown before a signed rental agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
