Who we are

Flex Rentals LLC ("Flex Rentals," "we," "us," or "our") provides weekly vehicle rentals for rideshare, delivery, and qualified personal-use drivers in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through joinflexrentals.com (the "Site"), our rental application, and our SMS and email communications, and how we use, share, and protect it.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and city.
• Driver application information — date of birth, driver's license number and state, and the rideshare or delivery platform(s) you intend to drive for.
• Uploaded documents — photos of the front and back of your driver's license, and a screenshot of your active rideshare or delivery platform account, submitted as part of the application process.
• Contact form submissions — any information you provide when you message us through the Site's contact form.
• Payment information — if you become a renter, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor to bill weekly rental charges. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and general usage data (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, and analytics tools (such as standard web analytics), to understand how visitors use the Site, keep it secure, and improve it over time. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the Site function.

SMS consent and communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Flex Rentals may send you SMS text messages related to your application status, approval notifications, pickup scheduling, payment reminders, maintenance reminders, rental updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Email communications

We may email you about your application, your rental, account updates, and — if you've agreed to receive them — occasional promotional or informational messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Evaluate and process your rental application
• Verify your identity and eligibility to rent
• Contact you about your application, appointment, or rental
• Send confirmation, scheduling, billing, and support communications
• Maintain records required for our rental and insurance operations
• Improve and secure the Site

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate our business, including GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management (CRM) and communications platform, along with payment processors and insurance or verification partners as needed. These providers process information solely to support the services described in this policy and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain application, rental, and communication records for as long as needed to operate our business, comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations, and resolve disputes. After that, information is deleted or anonymized in line with our internal retention practices.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've submitted to us, and you may opt out of SMS or email communications at any time (reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email), subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or business purposes. Our services are intended for individuals 21 years of age or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
